Accepted as an Open Call Project for Toronto's Scotiabank Nuit Blanche '13, Shrine is a large-scale, immersive sculpture installation in which a Gothic Cathedral is created from 45 ordinary garbage bins.  The viewer is invited into the structure in which an object (most often containing the endless refuse of humanity's obsessions) now has elegant gothic arches and intricately cut stained-glass windows.
